Order Cancellation Policy

At Fudo Mart, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly.

❌ Order Cancellation by Customer

Time Limit:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund after Cancellation:

If payment was made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders are simply cancelled without any refund process.

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You can wait for the delivery and then request a return within 2 days as per our Return Policy.

🔁 Exchange Instead of Cancellation

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product or size, you can:

Cancel the original order (if still within the allowed window), and

Place a new order with the correct product.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of:

Product out of stock or pricing errors

Payment not received or failed

Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.

Frequent order cancellations may lead to temporary account restrictions.
