Return Window:
You can initiate a return within 2 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • For jewellery items, returns are accepted only in case of damage or wrong product delivered.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request. The video must clearly show the packaging, product condition, and opening process.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
  • A 360-degree video of the product at the time of unboxing is required to initiate a refund claim.

  • At this time, direct exchange is not available.
  • You can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
  • A 360-degree product video is mandatory for all return-related exchange requests.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items bought on clearance or sale.
  • Innerwear, personal care products, or customized items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met. Returns without a proper 360-degree video will not be processed.
